Love me not like a river
It is soiled and tainted, babbles and is cold
And belongs to no one
Instead...
Love me like a puddle
Able to swallow every drop I give and still hold even more
Swelling with anticipation
Love me not like a mountain
For it towers and its shadows casts meekness below it
Instead...
Love me like a molehill
Small and minute too many but a house for my affection
Love me not, forever
Because it is undefined and has no meaning
It will never be
Instead....
Love me for a minute and then
Maybe a minute more

I'm trying to just forget
