REDEMPTION
Your sympathy, I don't need;
I am responsible, for my bad deed.
No time for feeling sorry, have to look ahead;
A learned lesson, I will always dread.
Don't pitty me, I am to blame;
I made a mistake, I created shame.
Redeeming myself, that's what I have to do;
Reclaiming my pride, I have to be true.
Faced the music, time for a new tune;
Back in the groove, I will soon.
