does the distance
lap the love from you?
is it selfish love
or true?
is the time alone
long for you,
or is it fun
and close?
does the darkness
of your room
swallow you.
or does a lotus grow?
what gives you courage?
what norishes your soul?
who cries in the corner?
silence is what i know.
care is the giver of light
my oneness with all even
darkness.
makes it through.
