Simply Delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Mix together:
1 package softened cream cheese
1/2 c mayo
jar of drained artichoke hearts, chopped
1 package drained and thawed frozen spinach or use 1/2 c chopped fresh spinach
1 minced garlic clove
1 c shredded Parmesan Cheese
a dash or two of cayenne pepper
ground pepper and kosher salt to taste
Mix well. Scoop mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs (packaged work fine, such as progresso). Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
