The newest findings in coffee research now point to the health benefits of coffee; not only is the bean a favorite beverage first thing in the morning, but it's also the perfect pick-me-up for all sorts of reasons. Coffee has previously been negatively associated as a cause of poor digestion and/or high blood pressure in some instances for some people, but the current research points to the health and wellness benefits and the benefits for the majority of the population over reach the minute negative side effects impacting a minority of the population.

The coffee bean is discovered to improve circulation and reduce unsightly cellulite, serves as a vaso-restrictor on blood vessels reducing varicose veins, plumps skin with a healthy glow, darkens skin as a natural skin tanner, revives and smoothes skin, and a most significant finding - coffee fights cancer.

It's now known coffee fights and literally destroys skin cancer along with many forms of cancer. Studies have indicated Caucasians of cooler, northern regions who use coffee have significantly lower occurrences of skin cancer in contrast to those who never touch the bean.

Many women living in warmer climates world-wide have long known about the beauty and wellness benefits of coffee applied to the skin. Coffee is healthful as both a preventative and healing agent both ingested orally and applied topically to the skin.

Plants and gardens benefit significantly from the coffee grind. Plants such as roses, tomatoes, and orchids benefit from creating an organic-nonchemical fertilizer called a coffee 'tea' of grinds and water poured over the plants every three weeks or so. Now if plants benefit from this organic bathing in coffee, why is it so surprising to some that coffee is healthy for humans as well?

Coffee grinds produce a natural detoxification process so essential for health and wellness. Cellulite is a process of unhealthy toxins building up in the fat and muscle layer beneath the skin. Not only is cellulite unsightly in all its stages, but it's a sign the body needs detoxification for health reasons.

Toxin buildup is a major cause of most future diseases we encounter in one's life; it's the nurture component of the genetic/nature component of disease. We can't control our genetic propensity to certain diseases, but we can control our lifestyle choices.
