Without a word
Scattered boxes in my flat, It's been five years sense I've looked back.
The day you moved in, was filled with such joy. Conquering the world was our only ploy. A phone call placed in a moment's time, a voice in the background, I still can't define.
Sitting in my car outside your work. God, I feel like such a jerk.
You came out with a girl friend in-tow. Walked down the street to the watering hole. I sat in my car as it started to rain, how could I know this would be a night of pain.
You order a round and laughed for a bit. The large windows in front, left a disquieting hint. As he approached, I held my breath. Maybe he's there for her and not for you, would be my only regret. I should have drove off and never looked back, trusting more than an alley cat but your friend left him there with you, laughing and joking, a sad clowns review.
Sitting in the house you came in the norm, a smile, a kiss and to bed without scorn. I return home from work the next day to an empty house, now what can I say? A key left on a table by the door, no letter or note destroying me, you did it, without a word.
I hope you get all that you've given.
Written in blood, a smoking guns forgiven.

Poetry: Without a word
by Alac Cook
Everything I need to say,
and everything you need to hear,
every word I've kept away,
they're all said in just a tear.
Not
Love Thunders
Love thunders endlessly,
Relentlessly,
In the silent recesses of time and space.
Love's thunder,
Continually
Poetry: Without a word
twenty years,
thought it was going to last,
did not see this coming,
there was not any evidence
by Jon Coe
I looked at you in a twinkle of an eye
beginning our thought, asking you why
Turning heads, lips still and unshaken
depths
Poetry Written Without a Word
When in darkness, where Love is given,
Muted sighs and spoken word one,
Language lain aside
