If you are one of the many people in this world affected by depression the most important thing to remember is you don't have to deal with it alone. In fact if you want to beat this, you will need help, we all did. Talking to someone you love or trust is usually the first step towards managing this illness. If the first person you speak to about it doesn't understand, keep trying until someone does, this is extremely important, don't give up.

SUNLIGHT: When the sun is out - get outside. Set a chair outside where you can sit quietly, read or practice some relaxation techniques for 5-10mins a day. You will feel the benefits and start to look forward to your time in the warm sun each day - or whenever weather permitting!
