In fact if you want to beat this, you will need help, we all did. Talking to someone you love or trust is usually the first step towards managing this illness. SUNLIGHT: When the sun is out - get outside. Set a chair outside where you can sit quietly, read or practice some relaxation techniques for 5-10mins a day. You will feel the benefits and start to look forward to your time in the warm sun each day - or whenever weather permitting!
