The 2008 Presidential Campaign is being converted into a reality show in which personalities [especially those of the Republican and Democratic Party] are acting like spoiled brats and it seems how some of these politicians are more interested in promoting their personalities instead of agendas to help a country that is going into terminal decline.
For those who want to accuse the alternative political parties of being spoilers, haters, and every negative thing in the book. The Mass Media in the USA [as well as the Republicans and Democrats] talk about human rights, free elections around the world. But we have to take into account that the Libertarians and Greens offer America at least a way out of the economic morass that it finds itself in.
The Libertarians and Greens offer Personal Responsibility, Decentralization, Diversification, A Move towards a Green Economy, More Freedom for People to decide what they want to do with their life without an over sized bureaucracy telling them what to do, Making Medicare, Medicaid Voluntary, Making Social Security Voluntary, allowing people to control their retirement. Libertarians and Greens offer more autonomy for states, cities, counties, even ethnic groups as long as everyone respects each other.
Libertarians and Greens have an anti terror policy that helps people be responsible in the fight against terrorism. After all when the chips are down, we can only rely on ourselves. Look what happened in Katrina and September 11.
The Republicans and Democrats of the 21st Century reminds me of a comment made in a cartoon called Sponge Bob Square Pants in which Plankton's Computer Wife told Plankton: "99% Hot Air, 1% Substance". Republicans and Democrats do not want to offer discussion into real issues. Republicans and Democrats are afraid to debate other Alternative Parties because of fear of being unmasked as fraud. The Mythology of Republicans being for the rich and religious and the Democrats being for the Poor and Secular is just that a myth.
The Republicans and Democrats say that an Independent Vote is a Wasted Vote. I vote Independent because for me, a vote for a Republican and/or Democrat is a wasted vote for people who promise but do not deliver. At the rate we are going, the USA is heading towards a civil war, or a division in the style of Russia, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia because of the excess bureaucracy and centralization.
For the Republicans and Democrats who want to accuse Alternative Parties as UN Americans, my response is that the Republican and Democrats are the UN American Parties while the Libertarians, Greens, and Independents are the true AMERICAN political parties.
