HEADACHE RELIEF NATURALLY.

Headache is pain on the head or on the neck. There are virtually many ways of headache relief naturally. Some may even be remotely known by humans but almost all of them will work. As most elderly women know, headache comes in menopause and sleeping and getting rest is the only best possible remedy to the problem. Someone can also have a cold cloth presses on the painful spots of their head for soothing headache relief.

Some natural oils are also known to have headache relief remedies. Headaches occurring from tension can be relieved using peppermint oil or rosemary oil. But rosemary oil has more headache relief properties because it helps in dilation of the blood vessels, thus ridding the blood of harmful waste and chemicals which are harmful to the blood in brain. Lavender oil is also another great natural headache relief. Sniffing lavender oil from a clean handkerchief will give headache relief. This is what is called aromatherapy. Ginger, which is also a remedial plant to many illnesses, will give a headache relief.

Avoiding too much light and eye strain is also a sure way of natural headache relief. Headaches caused by eye strain tend to develop to migraines, which is a much more serious headache. Proper nutrition and healthy physical exercises are also natural headache relief methods. With proper nutrition, there will be no harmful chemicals in the blood which intoxicate the blood in the brain causing headaches. Good physical exercises will also maintain a good blood flow. Taking citrus fruits and to ease digestion can also be used for natural headache relief. Spicy and oily foods should be avoided since they make food digestion harder.

Having hot foot baths is also remarkably remedial in headache relief. This should be done for at least 20 minutes every night and a follow-up of about a month. The hot foot baths are soothing and will increase more free blood flow. Hot towel application over the abdomen is another natural headache relief for headaches caused by stomach upsets.

Some natural plants are also used for natural headache relief. Lemons, for instance, have all the materials for natural headache relief. The juice of lemons gives immediate headache relief and the outer skin of lemons gives headache relief too when pounded and applied to the forehead of a person suffering from headache. Apples, rosemary, cinnamon and marjoram are all natural plants which give headache relief. Apples, marjoram and rosemary are infused for headache relief, while the natural headache relief properties of cinnamon are achieved when it is applied on the forehead of a person suffering from headache.

Other natural methods of headache relief include relaxation treatments, neck or general body massage and acupuncture. Body and neck massage is the most beneficial of these. Moderate exercises like brisk walking, slow jogging and shallow swimming (sitting on shallow swimming pool spots) are also very remedial and natural ways of headache relief. Treatments like yoga and hypnotherapy will give some healthy and remedial and more so, natural headache relief.
