Rockettheme.com is a site that offers premium Joomla templates, Joomla extensions, tutorials, support via forums and even phpBB3 styles. The site breaks its templates, styles, and extensions into three different areas, the Joomla club, the phpBB3 club, and the extensions club. Each "club" requires a membership fee along with a type of plan, and offers users various benefits and allowances. In addition, updates in the form of a blog or in news postings are available for each club's page, in order to provide users with more information on recent updates or general happenings.

The Joomla club is available in durations of 60 days, 180 days, or 365 days. Each type of plan has a set number of "entitlements" allocated, which is basically how many times a user can use a template per application. The basic plan of 60 days gives one entitlement, while the developer package has unlimited entitlements. Rockettheme.com states that it has been making Joomla templates for over four years, to encourage users to sign up. The templates themselves look fantastic, and are definitely of premium quality. There are loads to choose from, and even some free templates (about 5).

The phpBB3 club has two durations: 90 days or 365 days. The 90 day plan allows two entitlements, while the basic 365 day plan allows three. Similar to the Joomla club's membership plans, the phpBB3 club has a developer plan, which allows unlimited entitlements for 365 days. According to Rockettheme.com, phpBB3 styles are best when complimented on a great looking Joomla site, so perhaps members should consider having to pay for two club memberships. Still, the site also claims that phpBB3 styles do well enough on their own, so it is ultimately up to the user. Currently, Rockettheme.com offers over 20 phpBB3 styles, and they are all easily of premium quality.

The extensions club again builds upon a Joomla template. The club is available in 180 day, or 365 day duration, and is actually quite cheap. The price may be so low however, because this membership plan is almost designed to go with a Joomla club membership. Either way, it is another offering by Rockettheme.com, and promises "unique benefits." Close to 20 extensions are available in both free and club membership form. There are actually more free extensions than club ones, however, the club extensions are more valuable in function.

Rockettheme.com also has a "Labs" area, where they host modified or experimental templates and styles. In addition, tutorials are available in either written or video form. These tutorials are highly detailed and are definitely a great source of knowledge. Furthermore, forums are operational for all users (even free ones), though access to certain divisions is granted in accordance with membership plan.

Overall, I recommend Rockettheme.com. The three different clubs all have something unique to offer users, and they could easily go well together (i.e. a Joomla club membership in addition with the extensions membership). The prices are also fair, and the forums as well as the tutorials for more information definitely make this site worth a visit.
