Signs of caffeine addiction!

Are you in need of that second cup of coffee in the morning? Or, how about the three cans of soda before you jump in the shower in the mornings? If you can't just have one caffeine drink in the mornings, that is the first sign of caffeine addiction.

What about those dreadful hang over headaches? Are you asking your self: "What in the world is she talking about?" Yeah, that's right, many caffeine drinkers get terrible headaches if they are use to drinking something with caffeine in them and then they try to go without. Their heads throb with pain in the mornings and they are forced to get that caffeine fix. Mood swings and anxiousness arise in the addicted.

As a heavy soda drinker, I am speaking from many years of caffeine addiction experience. It isn't that I am proud, it is that I know the signs of caffeine addiction. Every morning, I have to wake up to my Mountain Dew. It get's me motivated, gives me energy and it gets rid of my headaches.

I have never been a morning coffee drinker, due to the facts that I hate the taste and it sends me running to the bathroom. I have however, heard several people stating that they "need their morning coffee." Before getting addicted to Mountain Dew Soda, I always thought that was just a silly saying and that people really didn't need their morning coffee.

I now know that people get addicted to caffeine because I have had all the signs that I am addicted to my soda. I don't think it is the sparkling can that I am addicted to. How crazy is it to wake up and have to drink three sodas to get rid of a terrible headache?

The signs of caffeine addiction are: Feeling the physical affects that caffeine makes on your body, such as headaches or drowsiness when you had plenty of sleep the night before. Physical dependancy occurs to those who are addicted to caffeine. If you feel or strongly believe you need caffeine to get you going in the mornings, or in my case, consume caffeine drinks to keep me going throughout the day. Mood swings and anxiety are other signs of caffeine addiction. If you experience mood swings and become anxious without your caffeine, then this is a sign of caffeine addiction.
