Wandering in Wonder
On our journey into the night
between boundaries of soft light
and shadows of a patient moon
pressed in silence and nurtured
like a flower in our presence
We turn our conversation,
with the cadence of each thought
in agreement with our heart,
to fervent rhymes of feeling
and our devotion to their
meaning
We're wanderers in wonders
stepping barefoot in the sand
engulfed by the breadth of stars
binding us within their depth
Pegasus rules our footsteps
Orion our commitment
You say your love is ever
more than what was or will be
I say my love is ever
more than then, forever more
than now
A fragrance of Primrose
caressed the fertile night air
in primal resolves of 'yes'
With each breath of its vapor
engulfing us with its kiss
and its essence of desire
Seduced by the gentle touch
and reflection of its voice,
we ascend to the pleasure
and the pinnacle of its
passion
Bound together as partners,
a never ending seashore
strolling the beaches of each
others wild imperfections
for kisses and forgiveness
Our journey just beginning
on nights of our enchantment
to days of our fulfillment
We grasp the same destination
and its signature of hope
Our love

Midnight walk
On a night with you
The moon so bright
Shows me the way
With it's guiding light
Leading us to a place we can hide
Without

The moon sings in the sky
walking flying
every night I take that path just to jog my memory
just to stir awake
to feel
