There used to be fun day
Happy day
You left
Walked away
And I'm lost
Left in the dark
Cold and alone
Lost and alone
Did you even think?
Did you plan it out?
Or was it just a random thought?
A thought that sprung to your mind in an instant?
Days go by
And the darkness ceases
The night is blinding
In it's own way
And in other ways its like the sun
I wish I could leave this lightless prison
Leave this darkness behind and escape
Perhaps someday
Perhaps some where beyond tomorrow

Poetry: Left in the dark
They've done it again, those so-called friends.
Gone to the park, the mall, or the sea.
I sit here now, left in the dark,
Asking
Titled: Tears in the Dark
I hear a sound out in the dark,
Mindless whimpers sad and stark.
Hot tears streaming

Left in the dark
Cold and alone
Lost and alone
Did you even
Its dark here.
There's dust everywhere.
With the old furniture.
I want some light.
I want some rainbows.
I want something new.

Left in the dark
To face a monster
I do not know
Teenagers leave
The gates of school
Not knowing
What the firms
Of the world
