It's still a shock to me after hearing earlier today that Anna Nicole Smith had passed away at the age of 39. Everyone knew she lived a wild and crazy lifestyle. She loved to have fun and that's what she did everywhere she went. She never really got to much respect from to many people. Most of the time when you saw her she would seem to be on something. But regardless of what you had to say about her she found away to keep herself in the spotlight and that's what she wanted.

Anna Nicole came through alot in her life to get to where she was. She grew up poor with dreams of going to Hollywood and become a star. She spent some time as a stripper until she tried out for Playboy and became one of there most famous models to ever grace the cover of Playboy. I'm Heff will come up with a special Playboy edition in memory of Anna Nicole. Once she hit Playboy she caught alot of attention and even ended up becoming the spokes model for Guess Jeans. She was the it girl for awhile in the 90's. But along with the fame came trouble. She began to gain alot of weight which sent the tabloids in a frenzy. She was posted everywhere in that sky blue velvet dress saying "I'm not fat." It was a down fall but Anna Nicole would not be shunned away. In 2000, Anna Nicole hit reality show "The Anna Nicole Show." And it was so outrageous as her theme song stated. Everyone on the show was entertaining from her assistant Kimey to her crazy cousin that got drunk on her Christmas special and put the smack down on two of Anna Nicole's friends at the same time. And who can forget the luxurious Bobby Trinity. And even her late son participated in her reality show. Then she gained her pride, representation and figure back "Thanks to Trim Spa baby." Being back in the spotlight again she was forced to deal with the public eye but Anna embraced the attention and often times just creating a straight up spectacle. Then she received the exciting news that she was expecting a baby girl. She seemed so happy and at peace with her life at this time. But that the happiness was short lived when her son Daniel died two days after she gave birth to her daughter. That had to be hard to deal with for even the most in control and composed woman. And the fact that she never got a chance to grieve properly for her son because of the tabloid focus on the cause of death perhaps being drug related. Then to add the cherry on top of the sundae Anna had baby daddy drama. The poor girl just couldn't get a break.

Anna Nicole was larger than life it's no wonder that her idol was Marilyn Monroe. It's weird because they really lead a parallel life. My best wishes go out to Anna's family and friends and especially for that baby girl who will never know her carefree, fun loving mother. And of course the tabloids will have their last round in the ring with Anna Nicole tyring to determine her cause of death but I have a feeling Anna as always will get the last laugh.
