During a 1969 House Appropriations Committee Hearing, the Defense Department's Biological Warfare division at Ft. Detrick requested funds to develop a new disease that would be resistant to the victim's immune system, and also break it down. According to the Congressional Record Within the next five to ten years it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain respects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases. The funds were approved and it was in the labs at Ft. Detrick that the HIV virus was engineered and manufactured. If Ft. Detrick sounds familiar in more recent history, it is because the Swine Flu was also engineered and manufactured in the labs there.
The World Health Organization, in it's 1972 bulletin, volume 47, pages 257-274, offered this proposal: An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects in the immune function, e.g., byaffecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function. The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the immune cells responding to the viral antigens. Under U.N.I.C.E.F funding in 1975, the World Health Organization began a massive smallpox vaccination program in Africa using vaccines provided by Novartis, who is also involved in the Swine Flu vaccine, and already faces charges of profiteering.
According to the London Times, May 11,1987, independent journalists in the U.K. determined that the mapped and graphed epicenters of AIDS infections coincide exactly with the locations of the World Health Organization's smallpox vaccination centers of the mid-1970's. Some 14,000 Haitians on UN humanitarian missions to Central Africa were also vaccinated in this campaign, and soon thereafter contracted HIV.
Merck Pharmaceuticals' head of all vaccine production, Dr. Hilleman, publicly announced in 1987 that the mass vaccination campaigns of the 1950's and 60's likely caused thousands of cancer deaths each year due to the presence of a cancer-causing virus that contaminated the first polio vaccine. The SV40 virus originated from the kidney cells of dead monkeys that were used to culture the first Salk vaccines. Before this was detected and screened

Are vaccines safe or not? This is a good question which has no simple answers. Vaccines have been around for quite some
