Business trends in globalization

Not all business trends funnel through channels that tend to globalization. For instance, the trend to build "green" is a new buzz word in home construction. Building "green", in some cities, means there is a bonus payment for construction contractors who use, for example, solar power to provide some energy to the home. A contractor who builds in an inner city area will seriously consider building with this fomula because the learning curve is far less than the income stream.

However, if the same contractor undertakes projects outside the United States, the decision to build "green" might not stem from the economics of the matter first, but tend to set upon the logistics of the geopolitical elements somewhere down the line, and then the economics analysis would become part of the equation. Does the local authority care one way or the other if the contractor builds "green"?

What lies at the core of this article isn't an argument about whether building "green" makes for environmentally safe product deconstruction as well. It is by no means a platform for global change regarding housing. What motivates a business agenda to foster sellable production is selfishness and will always be selfishness. What does this mean?

All commercial forces are in business for money. Patterns of growth in commerce, whether agricultural or industrial, develop within the fabric of the economic food chain and then maintain a hunger for the monetary value. The inevitability of globalization along all fronts, be these economic, socio-political, or otherwise is tied to a particular human condition.

We ought to extend out hands outward, palms up. This also requires learning to cope with different points of view. Globalization of a true pattern for conduct hasn't reached our national shores as yet because of the present axiom, "speak English, you're in America now." Many countries speak English, plus Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, French, Japanese, Vietnamese, and German. Believing that only other countries have a responsibility to share our language and point of view is tantamount to being self-centered. No country can sustain itself while being totally oblivious to the rest of the world. Behavior patterns shape globalization. Understanding any society's basic emotions about globalization is critical. Do you mind learning to speak Turkish?
