Kindred Spirits, Sisters Are We
Through the years I would not have changed a thing about you and me
Kindred spirits always together, no matter where they may be.
This is us, this is you and me.
Two spirits, though far apart, born of different mothers yet sisters from the start.
Connected by the golden cord of life. Bound together through time and space.
Fully knowing our hearts, fully knowing our place.
One letter, one cut, the final link between the two,
Brought together the distance that kept me from you.
Friends and Sisters we are, each blessed to have the other.
No matter what the distance, we are born of the great mother.
Now waters run deep and waves wash the shores
Distance is but a word not a chore.
For we fly in the night as swift as the wind
Time and space we delicately bend
For sisters we are and sisters well be
This is our destiny, Sisters to be,
Kindred Spirits together, this is you and me.

Poetry: My best friend
by Jason Lusk
To A Friend
Sometimes your thoughts
overcrowd your head
and you need to say
what can't be said.
Sometimes you feel old
and need
by Honey
My friend my Dear
All I can say is
Thank you for being there
The years have slowly drifted
As the youth we once had
You
by Jay O'Toole
The best of all my Earthly friends,
will stand the test of Time,
Will linger through Eternity,
is quality sublime...
My best
by Unknown poet
Because you're my friend
When you are sad
I will dry your tears
When you are scared
I will comfort your fears
When you are worried
I
It happened one day
In the fall of 92
Your husband brought me home
And I fell in love with you
Don't get me wrong
It has nothing
