When choosing a body wash most men are driven strictly by smell. If it smells acceptable and the price is right then they make the purchase. They normally do not take the time to read the bottle or package. They will simply do a quick sniff test. Once they get the soap home they base their future buying on the lather that is produced and the lasting smell they retain.

Here is a list of ten of the top body washes that men tend to find appealing and continue to purchase over and over again.

1) Axe Skin Contact Shower Gel

This product normally retails for between $5-$6 dollars and is widely sold at most stores. It offers superior moisturizing ability due to the aloe vera that is added to the product. The odor is crisp and refreshing. It tends to linger on your skin for many hours throughout the day.

2) Axe Snake Skin Peel Shower Scrub

This is a nice hardcore ex foliating scrub that works wonderfully at removing extreme dirt and drying skin. It claims to have cactus oil in the ingredients plus desert minerals to enrich your skins condition. The odor tends to be quite strong but not unpleasant. It does linger for many hours after usage. It retails for between $5-$6 at most retail stores.

3) Softsoap Body Wash For Men

This is an inexpensive body soap. The price tends to range between $2-$3.50. It has a very nice clean smell to it and the lather is quite good.

4) Magnetic by Dial Soaps

A strong smelling soap that lathers up well. The retail price is between $3-$5. The retailer plays on the smell of this soap a bit too strongly. They claim that its a sexual attract but its really just a strong smelling soap who's odor lingers for many hours after usage. Its really a combination of soap and cologne.

5) Adidas Body Wash For Men

A nice all around body wash. It leaves you feeling clean and refreshed with a very pleasant scent. The cost is anywhere from $4-$8 for a large bottle.

6) Euphoria For Men By Calvin Klein

This product retails for over $20 at most department stores. It offers a wonderful fragrance and good lather but the price is a bit steep for a body wash.

7) Nivea Active Body Wash For Men

Nivea always releases a quality product that is beneficial for your skin. The smell is pleasant and the lather is excellent. It retails for between $8-$9.

8) Oxy Acne Body Wash For Men.

Many men are plagued by acne on their backs. This is an excellent all over body wash to help combat those trouble spots. It does retail for around $10 but its a good soap if you suffer bouts of acne. Just remember that is is extremely drying so you might want to just focus on your upper body when using this soap.

9) Suave Refreshing Body Wash For Men

This is a cheaper soft soap for men. It retails for between $2-$3. It has a nice refreshing scent but the lather isn't that wonderful. You really have to use a lot of the soap to produce many bubbles. It does leave you feeling clean and refreshed, however.

10) Irish Spring Icy Blast For Men

Irish Spring always has excellent soaps at inexpensive prices. This will normally retail for between $4-$6. It has a wonderful fragrance and excellent lather. A very nice all around body soap.

Many men will try a few different brands until they hit on just the right one. This is a wonderful list to get you started in your hunt for the perfect male body wash.
