The healing powers of man and the laying on hands.

Everything that exists has its origin; things in the spiritual realm and the natural realm have their roots somewhere. Sickness and diseases have their origins; they came from twisted or perverted words.

When God created his man, and placed him in the Garden of Eden. He freely gave him all the fruit trees to eat except the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Satan came in Gen 3 and spoke words to Eve and Adam which were contrary to what God had told them. Through deceitful words, he managed to convince Eve and Adam to disobey God and eat of the forbidden fruit

Before Satan came into the garden, Adam was listening to God's word and was in fellowship with God. The bible says the words of God are spirit and life (John 6:63) so Adam was feeding on spirit and life on a continuous basis so to speak.

But when Adam listened to the words of Satan and acted on them, something happened. Instead of life, death was introduced in the system of man so two forces: life and death started operating in his life. The process I have outlined above is what we call sin. Sin is acting opposite of God's word.

God by his nature produces life. When he speaks his words produce life, right opposite when Satan speaks, he speaks death which comes from sin. Satan is the father of all sin, the originator of sin.

When God created Adam, He was a healthy man. After Adam listened to Satan, that health was perverted or turned upside down by words of Satan. The result was sickness and disease. The origin of sickness and disease is words spoken from a source of death and acted upon.

In the spiritual realm, everything operates by words. Heb 11:3 says everything was created by God's word, so all creation responds to words. For creation to operate smoothly by responding to words God has put into place two major laws that govern everything we see and we don't see.

These two laws are mentioned in Rom 8:2, the bible says, For the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. Anything you see happening is operated by either of the two laws:

(a) The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

(b) The law of sin and death.

These two laws are activated by words. When you speak words in faith which agree with God's word, you activate the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus.

When you speak words contrary to the word of God (Satan's word), you activate the law of sin and death. So far we have
