Thinking outside of the box: Strategies for getting out your own way

Strategies of getting out of your own way can become essential in your working life, and could be used in your entrepreneurial life as well. How? By finding the skills which you lack, requires , examining your job experience, careeer experiences, and other areas your life, and finding ways to succeed by etiher developing these skills you certainly need or getting someone else at your business to take on these roles which you need, , or to pay someone else to take over these needed areas. I will offer you some tips to help you get out of your way, and permit you to move into the success your want and deserve in our life.

l). Your business needs people around you that are loyal, capable, and want your business to succeed. No one needs employees who want to take up space, and take home a paycheck, and get treated royally by the owner. Everyone working for you must know that their efforts count, in terms of making a profit and money, and growing in leaps and bounds. This will requires you to motivagte and inspire your team to do better, then they think they can do. Make a point of setting up goals for each person in your business, and if they reach their personal goal, so will you. If they reach real performance sky high, they should be paid an incentive for it.

2). Planning makes your business succeed. Your business needs to know what needs to be done, and how to do it to succeed. Write a mission statement for your business, this is eveything you stand for in your business, from employees, products, services, how you handle and build customers, your marketing and sales strategies, and how you plan to make your profits to build your business. Make a list of your top 5 priorities to build your business by managing your sales team and the production team as well. Success demands that you are on top of your money management.

3). You need an honest, capable, and experiences accountant, who knows your business. Each business is special, and for it to work financially you need not only a good head accountant , or financial controller, but someone who can communicate to all the levels of employees, and especially to your the owner, and banks, other financial institutions, and outside auditors. Your top accountant must be able to make decisions on pricing products, services so you earn a margin or profit to survive financially. The accountant
