How to develop a stress relief plan

When stress is staring you in the face, smack dead in your eyes, its just waiting for you to blink. That blink represents your weakness, and the reasons why you are stressed. Maybe for years you were scared to tell the people in your life no. On the other hand maybe you need a change of plans, time off from your job, or just some time to yourself. So what are some scenarios? and How can you stay healthy?

You are constantly yelling at your children to sit down! or be quite! and to leave you alone!. At the end of the day you have a headache thats pounding like a hammer to a nail. Hence, its stress and it can get bad if don't keep yourself optimistic. Once you put the kids to bed make your favorite drink whether its tea, alcohol, non-alcohol, or just a cup of juice. Run some bath water light some aroma therapy candles, and bring your drink to the tub. More so relax then think because you think a little to much and thats where the stress lye's and brings you down. Taking a nice hot bath with peace and quite is refreshing because you know the next thing is a good night sleep, and sleep is number one when stress is in your face.

Everyday you come in to work, phones are constantly ringing, patients are being discharged and they are pushing the call lights like crazy. You can't call out because you need all the time you can get. You need a raise because you been there long enough and you need the extra money or your lights will be temporary shut off. What a life, maybe if you just took things one day at a time instead of trying to do fifty things in a day. If you do things in that fashion then you will never get anything done. For one you have to get your head straight, there is nothing wrong with counseling or maybe just a good friend to talk to. Talking to someone or even writing down your feelings on whats going on is healthy.

Most people can't deal with stress at all and it becomes a health issue. Staying healthy through stressful times is the key to relieving stress. Instead of you blinking make that stress blink and keep yourself focus on what is most important, thats your health. If your not healthy then things will pile up and stress will be adding on . You will be drained, exhausted, and depressed. Health tactics are most important and even better for th e cure of relieving stress.
