Reflections: What makes a good leader

A leader, what is a leader, the combination of working towards a goal often requires someone to be stubborn enough to go the distance, but smart enough to know when they have lost.

What does it take to be a leader, why does it seem that leaders are in specific people but never in all people it comes in a matter of time, how the leader strives to pursue the goal, good or bad, the leader makes a constant effort to lead the ones that follow to exceed the expectations of the entire system of which they are in, and excel in things such as charisma and social skills. Basically, a leader is a person that can create and make loyal followers for the cause they want to pursue. Evaluating the ability to assess a situation and create less hardships for the individual he leads also shows the qualities of a leader. Pursuing the right to become the rightful lead and strong foundation of trust is the qualities.

Exceptionally skilled at also planning stages, having a sort of expertise at what they are leading also creates a great leader, knowing how to create opportunities for comrades or employees or even riots of people. Many people claim to be leaders of this world, but who is to say all can become a leader, millions of people are in this world we call earth, few have the right qualities to become a leader. Not only in war can their be leaders, also in real life, a boss is the person that runs the establishment and creates a work place that has complete and total confidence in the ones he runs, if even a hunch of sour emotion graces the environment, tension happens and the leaders abilities are questioned.

So, what truly makes a good leader, again, a strong foundation may be good qualities, but what about relationship wise. A leader must also understand what a comrade goes through and develop a mutual respect, if this is the case, the leader can have absolute loyalty from those comrades and not use them for his own benefit, but to pursue a common goal. Life has many advantages, but also gives disadvantages, and again I say, not everyone can have the ability to become a leader, but a leader can be born and shall be. To whom will gain this ability is really a mystery, but know this, the life of which you achieve and the pursuing of this common goal helps along the way.

Leaders aren't made, they are gifted. That is why they are called leaders.
