Losing weight gives more rewards than just feeling better. All of that clothing in the wardrobe reminds you of who you were. After making the effort of going through weight loss, the opportunity this affords you of being able to buy clothing and justify its purchase is amazing, and helps the morale to keep the mindset on slim. The opportunity afforded to the individual who succeeds is a great time to re-appraise what suits the new body type and to find something nice to show it off. The following categories have been set out for ease of access to relevant information:
*Underwear.
*Waisted clothing.
*Lengths.
*Fit.
*Overall treat factor.
Underwear.
It is wise to be measured for your new size in bras and panties since in these areas you really will get to feel good. Wearing bras which are incorrectly sized leads to disappointment. If you have lost weight, get measured for new sexy bras which fit the type of body you have. They don't have to cost the earth, but if they fit well, these make you feel good from the inside out.
Similarly for panties, if you have lost weight in this region, show it off with nicely fitting panties, and pay particular attention to those with invisible seams since you can now afford to wear clothing which clings.
Waisted clothing.
Get rid of all those elasticated waistbands. These give an overweight person the excuse to binge. A nice, neat waistline is something to be proud of. If you have the body type to show this off, take advantage of the new style your dieting allowed you.
For those who are still a little thick on the waistline, dropped waists work well. These flatter the body and look very elegant.
Lengths.
Losing weight changing the whole look of the body and slims it down. What this often gives the dieter is an opportunity to assess the lengths of clothing they wear. Whereas in the past longer lengths accentuated the mass, what they do now is add height and this can make you look even slimmer.
Fit.
Try different styles. Your body shape has changed and you need a makeover in style to make the most of that weight loss. Try new things. It may surprise you how much the image you give others has also changed.
Try different lengths, colors, types of fabric and styles to see which suits this new body you are unaccustomed to, as this is all part of the reward of being able to lose weight and present yourself in a great manner.
Overall treat factor.
What losing weight means is that you are given an opportunity to present yourself differently. It is a reward for weight loss, and you will find that many styles which you avoided in the past now look great. The reason this works so well is that buying new outfits encourages you to keep that weight down, as the new butterfly emerges. Once kitted out with new clothing, a dieter can feel great in themselves, gain confidence and be pleased that they made the effort. It makes all the difference in the world, and helps you to add to that feel good factor, and motivate you to stay slim.
