I believe in Democracy, I believe that people have a right to read, and see whatever they was want. I personally do not believe in porn. However, every person should has a right to see whatever they want. Parents should learn to educate their children in a correct manner so they are not inclined to look at Porn. Many people may believe porn is wrong, however, in the 1st Amendment to the Constitution, we, as Americans, are guaranteed the right of freedom of speech and freedom of press. "

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The ability to post and read whatever you want is one of the cardinal rights that differentiates America from Communist country's. In China, yes, they can regulate what you read and write. In America, they can not.

I understand the counter argument, Porn is wrong, immoral and nothing good comes out of it. Yes, it is wrong, yes, it is immoral, yes nothing good comes out of it. But, unlike screaming fire in a public area, it does not cause harm to other. It may cause psychological damage to oneself. But, that is the choice the individual has to make, not one the government should make for the individual.

Also, if relation to children, there are programs in which parent can block certain websites themselves or let the Child safety program regulate the internet for you.

I would like to give you the example of communist blogs, we in America, do not stop free thought and communist groupings online. Similarly, communism, like pornography, go against American culture however, we do not and will not control the people.

We will not censure their thoughts and what they have to say, or what photography they want to look at.We must not stray to the path of dictatorship, in which we make decisions for other people and control them. We must stay on the path of democratic fairness, and hold close to our hearts the worlds of the first amendment "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. "
