This should be a no brainer for boys! But men are the biggest culprits of lying on the couch and getting complacent. Also a man's libido is for men what hormones are for women. But gals can get frigid as well. So what do we do, where do we go from here?

Forcing the issue will only get you more of the same, nada! Also the old I am going to jump his bones does not work well either. So what's the happy medium?

Couples have to relive the early days of the relationship. If your sex life is stale or non existent, you are simply not going to get it going without a little work. It's going to need a little life put back in it. Patience is key and critical. Force the issue and you will be doomed to fail. So get back to square one, where you began. Discuss with your partner the days when you could not keep your hands off each other. Yes, you are actually going to have to communicate.

If you simply allow these emotions to come back to the surface, soon you and your partner will enjoy an active sex life. Be kind in your words and remember why you fell in love. Share that and you will be back on your way.

So how do you keep the sex alive and not fall into complacent behavior. Remember, love and passion. The most important key to a healthy sex life is love. Let your partner know they are loved; express that in your sexuality. Believe me gentleman, show your woman she is loved deeply and she will respond in kind. Vice versa to!

Keep your sex life playful. Try new things you both enjoy. Never force your partner to try something they are uncomfortable with. This is a huge turn off to anyone. No, means no, leave it at that. Giving and receiving pleasure has to be a two way street. So remember to return in kind that which you have received. No rolling over and snoring!

Always remember to keep your love alive. Never take for granted your partner. Send sexy text messages, loving emails and keep it alive. Meet your love at the door and give them a knee buckling kiss, one they did not see coming. Romance can only fade if you allow it to. Is that not the real reason you are together? It's certainly not the only reason, but it ranks in the top 2. No matter what life is throwing at you, troubles, concerns, you can always take a moment to love each other. It's a true gift to have someone to share your life with. Never take for granted that gift and show your love to one another with fire and passion!
