With every breath I breathe a lie
With every thought, deceit
I tell you I am doing well
When all I do is weep
My eyes see deep inside myself
Where only dust does dwell
You gave to me my very life
I give you back a shell
From day to day, I fake a smile
Within I brood and grieve
The faith I truly longed to have
Now vanished through a sieve
Tomorrow never seems to come
Unless it comes with pain
I will still groom the lie
For you I will remain

Mix them up,
And tell me which is which.
Then within
Lies, lies, fingers in pies
You just can't admit it, your high as a kite

at the girl all dressed in
