Grilling is one of a good method if you feel like having a light meal. Its less oily hence, you will feel that its lighter compared to eating an oily fried chicken. I have a dish that is good to go anything and it only take minutes to cook. Its good on those late nights when you are tired and all you want to do is go to bed early and have a good rest. This meal is easy to cook and it has no fuss. Best of all, you will be making your own butter so the next time you want to make this dish again, you can just take out the butter and use it. You can also use the butter with fish dish.

To make the butter you will need:

A handful of parsley

1 stick of butter

1 whole roasted garlic

This is how we make the garlic infused butter:

1) Chopped a handful of parsley finely and put it in the bowl

2) Put half o the roasted garlic in the bowl together with the chopped parsley

3) Next add in the 1 stick of butter and mix it well

4) Put the slob of butter in a parchment paper. You can roll the butter into a long oval shape. That way, you can cut a knob of garlic infuse butter whenever you need it. Freeze the rest in the fridge

To make the grilled garlic chicken, you need:

4 chicken breast

a skillet

Its that simple to put it together too! All you have to do is:

1) Make slits in the chicken breast and rub in the butter

2) Season it with salt and pepper

3) Grill it till its done and tender

And you are done! A quick and easy way to have a quick dinner. Its yummy to eat with along side of mixed green vegetable with lemon oil dressing. Try it, dinner could not have been this simple to prepare!
