If you are on a budget but want to go out of your league in impressing the guy or the girl that you ask to have dinner with, well this is the perfect sauce to make. This sauce is simple and yet when you have a taste, it will make you feel like you are a gourmet cook or are dining in a fancy restaurant. Its not only an easy pleasure but its versatility goes well with fish, seafood,chicken and red meat. So the next time you are thinking of making brown sauce, try garlic cream sauce. A fleshing taste that leave your taste buds asking to savour more.

List of ingredients:

1 whole cloves of garlic

1 sheet of aluminium

1/2 a cup of milk

1/2 a cup of chicken stock

1 slab of butter

1 and a half table spoon of flour

olive oil

salt

black pepper

Let's make this incredible sauce!

1) Place the aluminium sheet, cut of the top part of the whole garlic and drizzle it in olive oil. Wrap the aluminum foil and roast in the oven until its soften, that will take about 15 to 20 minutes.

2) Drizzle olive oil in the pan and add the flour inside. Cook the flour for awhile

3) Then add in 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Whisk the mixture

4) Take out the roasted garlic and squeeze in the garlic in your wet mixture. The intensity of the garlic flavour depends on how many garlic you put in. Add the garlic according to your desired amount

5) Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk the mixture until you have a smooth texture

6) Let the mixture thicken, to finish it off add a slab of butter

There you have it, a quick fix to an exquisite taste. Pour this sauce on top of a steak or a grill fish goes a long way. Set a long side with fresh green salad and you have a romantic dinner for two.
