Many cities have their different ways of public transportation. In Mesa, Arizona the transportation is the regular type of transportation but is very helpful. This public transportation can help you see all the wonders that Mesa, Arizona has to offer.

Public Transportation Services:

Aba Taxi (480-671-7200) - This is a standard taxi service, but is in a very good location. It is located next to the Leisure World Country Club. They have access to the airport so it's easy to get on a flight. You can also try Aba's other service sight. It is called Aba Transportations. It is located closer to the Mesas Country Club and has all the same features. The phone number is the same as well. You will be able to find atleast one of these taxis since they are located everywhere in Mesa.

Valley Metro Link This is the public bus line for the metro area of Mesa. It is an easy way to get around the metro area of Mesa. This is a new bus service which is new to the valley. The Link offers stop service in Mesa between the Sycamore Transit Center and Superstition Springs Center. The fares are very low. You can purchase a season pass if you may like. They always try to help out their riders.

Metro Light Rail This is a brand new name for this commuter rail. It was once called Valley Metro Rail Inc. This new commuter rail is a non-profitable organization that updated the commuter rail. Trains arrive at stations about every 20 minutes. But in the morning from 6 A.M. to 7 A.M., the train arrives every 10 minutes to ensure you make it to work. That schedule is for weekdays only. On weekends, the train arrives 15 minutes at a time between 6 A.M. to 7 A.M. A one ride fare can cost about $0.85 to $1.75. You can also purchase all-day fares which are a little more but not too much.

Either by train, bus, or taxi, the public transportation will be very easy to find and very helpful to the normal person just looking for a way around.
