Remembering The Feel Of The Wind......
The sun was setting. The golden magic light had appeared. She looked out from the porch. It would not be long now. Soon she would strip away all pretense of the life she had created. The 'pretend' life. And then she would run and remember. It had been years. Three long years of fighting who and what she was. She had tried to conform to what was considered 'normal'. She had gotten married. Had a baby. Absorbed herself in suburbia. But inside she REMEMBERED. Then one morning a knock at the door had vibrated through her home. She had opened it and saw her memories in the flesh. He stood there. Her past, her memories, in the flesh.

He was her family. He was like her. He was her leader. And yet, he had let her go. He had let her experience the 'real' world. But now he was here for her. Here to bring her home. Here to let her know that she must start raising her baby to know its heritage. She knew what she would do this night. And so she nodded. She would join him in the pine forest with its new fallen snow. She would join him and she would feel the wind with him. She would release her beast.
