Poetry: Dear lover

by Betty Blake

Created on: August 07, 2009

Dear lover, whenever I think of you my cheeks become crimson red. I can still recall those moon-lit, hot and humid nights locked in tight embrace; not even the pesky mosquitoes could stop our rapid pace. If you could behold me now, you could reckon from the look on my face that you are on my mind.

Dear lover, I love to watch the twinkle in your eyes; that's when I know that you are having sweet and delicious thoughts on your mind. I love the way your eyes light up and show such excitement when I enter your presence. It is amazing how your toes curl up when you are truly satisfied. And yes, there is always .....that devilish twinkle in your eyes!

You said that I am one of your main priorties, that I know for sure. Dear lover, without a doubt, you know how to woo me. I am still sniffing and viewing that great bouquet from our last awesome experience. Oh how patient and caring you are! If I am not careful, I could become addicted to you dear lover.

There you go again, you have magically manage to place a huge smile on my face! Hurry dear lover.....I have a wonderful surprise for you!
