Subject: The Plan for a Wisdom Quest Process

The theory, concept and proposition based on a set, system and category of fractal relationships defines our actions, words and intents. The list of fractal axioms as follows will bear witness to my theory's validity. Once the fractals are applied, in the Wisdom Quest Decision Process, the chance, choice and change of reason, choice and decision becomes an end, means and way to make the inclusive, civil and selfless choices and decisions necessary to derive the wisdom from all available knowledge understanding.

We must first explore the agreement of these basic axiomatic fractal definitions:
wisdom is knowledge insight
meaning is information understanding
fact is Information data
cognition is thought understanding
faith is truth belief
perception is reality perspective
inclusion is civil selflessness
purpose is motive intent
order is logic rule
principle is logic proposition
integrity is moral ethics

Once the axioms are explored and found to be reliable they may be applied in a dialogue for planning a wisdom quest process in accordance with inclusive civil selflessness of quality attribute and nature of behavior attitude and temperament. Given this mandate of conscience only the implementation is needed to begin.

I present before you a thesis on an operation concept for a course of action; it is an idea for a Global Resource Management System GRMS. My thesis on this system concept demonstrates how the GRMS links the governments of the world using an international constitution to link participation in a process-plan for a functional world order that has a purpose beyond immediate gains and an intent more important than temporary survival. The GRMS concept provides a course of action to resolve our primary needs; Needs humankind has yet been able to obtain. Specifically this is a process for developing operation-tolerance and understanding of knowledge for realizing our purpose and intent for being; this is the fundamental objective and the basis for the discussion in this thesis. The balance of power in world affairs is a byproduct of the function of the GRMS.

The means to accomplish the understanding of the purpose and intent for our being are as follows:
