How to focus your will on achieving better results

This article can pertain to so much in life. The unfortunate part of gaining strong will, comes from having had poor success at some point. When you think of what falls into this category, even a loosely tied shoe, can make a child find strong will, once he or she brushes the dirt from the ground they have fell.

We as humans, have a desire to accomplish all we can. The guidance we obtain through our years, will vary in many ways. To have a stable home, regardless of income status, is essential beyond belief. To have money in life can help in many ways, but doesn't exactly guarantee the ability to have strong will.

Another example pertaining to instilling your will would be peer pressure in our youth. Is it always necessary to have the best and most expensive pair of shoes in the crowd? Should you have to make an insulting comment to someone nice and unattractive? A lot of credit is due to those who were able to fend off the nasty requirements some exclusive groups mandated. Looking back on what it took to be popular, was quite silly indeed. The so called "Bling Effect", fades quickly once our driven dollar has a need to be stretched.

Moving away from those youthful days, our adults have carried resent and hatred into their daily lives. When working in a group environment, so often a clash of personalities can happen in a moments notice. The dominant figure, whose outspoken nature, will try to reduce the competition around them. As funny as it sounds, stress can overwhelm a passive individual. Why should anyone feel awkward when doing their job. The need for this grown bully to show their teeth, is a need to confront with silence. If one could just take a moment, look directly in the eye of this fool without waiver, and simply walk away, this to me is the best remedy for such a person. Without a reaction, who then can be impressed. The effort has gone unnoticed, and the fool is no longer you.

Once the self esteem is fully in place, the world is yours to conquer. Never listen to any doubt someone may want to place on you. If the boss is happy, which may be you as a person in business for themselves, then who else do we need to impress? You are the artist, and if someone thinks they can paint a better picture, then hand them the brush. The choice to turn and run, is what I have seen.
