No Mourning Tomorrow
Another sip of happiness
To fuel his inner beast.
It lies waiting to come forth
From its dark domain in his souls abyss.
He lays quietly, only rumbling his head;
He will soon be heard from the deep
The more ignorance
is laid at its feet.
His long companion
His long enemy
When the orb of darkness shines
All hate shall be forgotten
Another long night
Of stumbling confusion
These graffiti hearts, forgetting the mourning!
Forgetting the morning's promise of light.
A continuous chain
Of destruction and defeat!
Battles upon battle
His soul screams concede!
Misery loves company,
of another broken diamond ring,
Laid to rest upon damaged-
Affection and obsession.
Tomorrow shall bring anew.
Tomorrow it will change.
Tomorrow something different.
Tomorrow it shall be the same.
