I miss you, but it is now time to say goodbye
How can we be friends when you want me to die?
Our love lost its way in the dark corners of your head
I'm so tired of fighting and from the tears we have shed.
The words meant to hurt me were untrue and unclear
I thought you were being stubborn but you're just living in fear.
I once saw your soul filled with love threw your eyes
Now all I see is resentment fed by lies.
The same love rendered me blind, to the truth I now see
How could I save you, without first saving me?
Tomorrow the sun will rise to bring a new day
Tomorrow the things I feel should be easier to say...
Like, I hated when you would leave dirty dishes in the sink
And the things you say to hurt me when you've had too much to drink.
I hate that silk shirt, the one that "makes you look cool"
Well it doesn't, its ugly and makes you look like a tool.
It sounds very similar to a cow when you eat
Oh, and I have never smelled anything more rank then your feet.
This list goes on, so I will stop right there
I'd say sorry for your feelings, but I doubt you even care.
I'll leave you with this before your snug in your bed
I miss you, you suck but I could never wish you dead.
