Tears start to flow
Memories come
Oh, pain and sorrow
She sits down
She starts to write
"Dear..."
"You no longer..."
Thoughts of her mother
Yellin' come to mind
"Leave a message..."
A friend who always said she'll be there
Not now, at the time most needed
"I'll talk to ya tomorra"
A man, she always trusted
Didn't have a single moment for her
Tears start looking like rain
"Goodbye..."
A lovely word that gives her real peace
The last letter she was to ever write
Was now signed in her blood
