A Work In Progress
Just a work in progress
Getting better all the time
Jamming out n' drinking beers
Just trying to unwind
Talkin bout religion token on the pipe
Thoughts of everything living
The usual bitch & gripe
Night and day spent on the road
But I don't know where I'm going
I wind up in a bar someplace
Some sixty miles away
I smoked my last cigarette just the other day
This drunken man slides up to me
Asks me to spare a dime
I lay some change down on the bar
Slowly walk away
Somehow he reminds me
I'll never forget that night
I'm just a work in progress
Getting better all the time
Jamming out n' drinking beers
Just trying to unwind

The planet
by Ted Onulak
I have met many travelers
On my winding way
Finding common destinations
Or other roads to stray
At times we share each other's
A trip through our cosmos
A visionary am I
Looking out over our galaxy
Seeing through my mind’s eye.
Pain, war, bloodshed
Casting My Net
I cast my net of anger;
it returned full of bile.
I cast my net of gossip;
it returned full of self-loathing.
I

Humanity
Born as a gift of nature
Opened by
The souls
Of charitable heavens
Humanity is in
Every soul
Which may open
In thoughts
