Seven Steps to a Healthier Future could be one of the biggest decisions in your life. We all want to be healthy but sometimes life becomes so busy with raising children and working that we don't put our health on the top of the list. Good health begins with you. We are all different individuals with different physical conditions. Let's look at seven steps to implementing a healthier future. It's never too late to start regardless of your physical condition.
The first step to a Healthier Future should be research:
Health begins with the first step of taking charge of our own bodies. In order to find what is right for us we should begin with research. What is the best diet? Who sells the best vitamins? What are the best exercises? How often should we exercise? What works best for my body? What is the importance of having a positive attitude? Your future is important and it's in your hands.
The second step to a Healthier Future is Diet:
We think of diet when we want to loose weight. In actuality we all are on a diet. Some are on a healthy diet, some on an unhealthy diet. The Greek word diaita means 'a way of life.' The right diet helps us to sustain life. The right proportion, the right amount per day of fruits and vegetables. Is it healthier to eat protein or carbs? On time I read that it's better to eat a bite of protein before eating carbs. What are the benefits of eating organic crops and free ranging cattle? The advantage is that an organic farm does not use pesticides. There are vegetables that fight cancer. These vegetables are broccoli, cabbage, garlic and onions to name a few. The right food keeps the body alkaline.
The third step to a Healthier Future is Herbal:
Herbs are from a seed bearing plant and we typically use herbs in cooking. Herbs have another function. We can find them at the holistic or herbalist shops. They are as important to the body as vitamins. The best herbs are grown on organic farms. Some help fight allergies. Others help with Gerd. There are many more.
The fourth step to a Healthier Future is Exercise:
We have no excuse. There are endless ways in which one can exercise. There are exercises for every part of the body from our head to our toes. There are numerous exercises to do without equipment. Any exercise that gets the circulation moving throughout your body. Good circulation feeds the cells. They say just twenty minutes per day. You can exercise while cooking, sitting at your desk and watching TV.
The fifth step to a Healthier Future is colon cleanse/ liver cleanse and kidney:
You should do the colon cleanse first.
The sixth step to a Healthier Future is relaxing/prayer/faith:
It is important to find the time to relax everyday and unwind. How you do this is up to you. Praying and having faith takes away the stress of worrying about tomorrow.
The seventh step to a healthier Future is Positive Attitude:
It's important to maintain a positive attitude to matter what your circumstances.
