Why is this diet killing people? Saturated fats are not the bad guys. Wait until you hear who they are. Astonishing new studies reveal the food industry is changing the kinds of fats used in processing food and advertising them as "the heart healthy oils," made from vegetables and this is the hidden poison they are putting in most of our foods while the drug companies are promoting statin drugs to lower cholesterol blood levels reaping enormous profits while millions are still suffering from heart disease in the present day. You should avoid these oils like the plague as they are usually dangerous, Throw out these 6 common cooking oils, safflower oil, corn oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil and peanut oil. They increase the risk of colon and other cancers and change existing tumors into metastasizing aggressive monsters. These oils are largely polyunsaturated fats where as canola oil is part polyunsaturated and saturated fat. These fats are harmful when eaten in excess and are called omega-6 fats. Startling new research reveal polyunsaturated vegetable oils are like fertilizer' for cancer growths and are being pushed by the U.S. government. The dietary guidelines have killed more U.S. citizens than both World I and II.
Eating the wrong foods causes advanced atherosclerosis, strokes and heart attacks. Investigators found that high-fat foods loaded with oxidized fats are quickly absorbed and turn to oxidized LDL cholesterol and the worst offenders are the omega-6 oils. It is correct to say that cholesterol does play in the development of heart disease, but it is incorrect to ignore the real culprit and allow millions to succumb or drop dead of heart attacks and strokes.
The good guys are extra virgin olive oil, saturated fats, coconut oil, (virgin coconut oil has a stronger flavor) palm oil (non hydrogenated) and omega-3 fish oils which increase immunity, reduce atherosclerosis risk and improve blood flow. The key factor here is the chemical make up of polyunsaturated fats found in these omega-6 vegetable oils. They oxidize rapidly causing free radical production and inflammation and the buzz word is inflammation. Heart failure patients have certain levels of inflammation (C-reactive protein) and these markers predict who will be at risk for advancing heart failure and who is most likely to survive or not. Inflammation is a major contributor in heart failure because it causes massive destruction of the heart muscle cells, harming the heart's electrical
