They say not to judge a book by it's cover
They say not to bother
Her uniqueness is a fault
She's not normal
She shouldn't read so much
She shouldn't love those sports
She should like dresses and skirts
She's just not normal
They say he's a bore
He's an under-achiever and abnormal
He's different and dark
He shouldn't hate football and baseball
He shouldn't care if he hurts others
He's just plain weird
How did they define that word
Normal
What is it truly?
Is it doing what others say you should
Or is it breaking free
Normal
So much much is caused
just for Normalcy's sake
Parents just want their kids to be normal
but what is it?
