Not only are we using basic everyday products and turning them into beautifying solutions but we are also getting our tips from different portions of the world.

Let's start with Brazil, have you seen any women from Brazil lately, when you do check out their legs as they have little to no cellulite because they like to take an all natural method of sand and water and mix them together and rub them on their legs so that the sand can massage the legs and massage all those fat cells. But if you don't have sand in Antarctica for example you can also use a combination of sea salt and water to do the same thing and get the same results.

Another tip I learned from China is to take a combination of hot water, Rosemary, olive oil and green tea and let the mixture seep for ten minutes and that is the ancient Chinese secret to beautiful and shiny hair.

Our next tip comes from Spain by adding equal parts cranberry juice to seltzer water, you would think I was making a drink but really I am making a solution that is Spain's secret to highlighting brown hair. Start by shampooing and conditioning your hair and once rinsed add the cup of equal parts cranberry and seltzer and let this mixture sit on your head for a good 20 minutes and then rinse it out, leaving you with great highlights. This can also be used with a lemon juice solution if your hair happens to be blonde.

French women know the secret to beautiful skin is milk they like to take baths and they put a little milk in it to moisturize their skin plus they add some of the tub mixture to their hair and let it sit for a good ten minutes after you rinse it away you will see your skin and your hair are nice and shiny and moisturized.

The secret for Norway is water they drink it enough to keep themselves well hydrated plus if they ever get that tired saggy look to their face they splash some cold water on their face to give them a bit of rejuvenation.

To make a traditional face mask like women in India use every day we take some almonds, about 2 cups and place them in a blender grinding them up finely, add to that some plain vanilla yogurt and run that too through the blender until it comes out a nice semi thick consistency. You want to apply this to your face and leave it on for five minutes and then rinse it really well. In India as well they love to use hot oil treatments such as the V05 hot oil treatment we have here. They heat the oil in a cup of extra hot water and then rub that into your hair and scalp, leave on for five minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Last but not least we have the secrets of Puerto Rico, for Puerto Rican hair mix vodka with water and add that to your hair after it has been shampooed and conditioned as normal then pour over the vodka concoction and use it as a nice leave in conditioner.

For the simplest face mask you should use warm honey, that's it nothing else, just rub the warm honey onto your face and let it sit for about 15 minutes, rinse it off and your face will be moisturized to the max. One last bit of advice for you which is do not wear makeup every single day so if you have a big event coming up don't wear any makeup the day before or even the day after letting the air get to your skin. This way your skin will look beautiful which will make your makeup beautiful too.
