Barack Obama: Christian or radical liberal?

Christian or Radical Liberal?

Do I smell a loaded question here trying to pigeon hole and trap me into one "us vs them" dichotomy of mutually exclusive camps at the two ends of a common pole?

What does it matter to the welfare of the Universe in general and USA in particular that one mortal by the name of Barack (Hussein) Obama is a Christian or a Radical Liberal, or for that matter, a Muslim, Jew, Buddhist, Taoist, Satanist or even an Atheist?

The office of the President of the USA is a citizens' freely and fairly (generally speaking) elected fixed termed political position whose sole function is to lead and run the electorates' nation according to their aggregate needs, wishes, aspirations and dreams.

The powers of the President (the Executive), although elected by the people are by no means absolute to the point of tyranny; but are judiciously balanced by the other checks and balances as enshrined in the Constitution through the adoption of the doctrine of the separation of powers via the Legislature and Judiciary.

The point as to whether President Barrack Obama has a religion or not is of no consequence in so far the Constitution is concerned because the Constitution of the USA is secular, with complete separation of State and Religion.

So long as he got into office by free and fair means through free and fair elections, it matters not who or what he, she or it is!

Nonetheless, just for the sake of argument, if I allow myself to indulge in some "judgemental adjucation" of Barrack Hussein Obama, I would venture to guess that he is neither Christian nor Radical Liberal!

What is he then?

He is simply a homo sapien trying to be human with the face, heart and soul(?) of humanity.

Does he believe in God?

Does he believe in Jesus Christ of Nazareth as his Lord and Savior?

Does his life's walk matches with his life's talk?

What is being "Christian" really?

"Christianity" and "Christian" are not terms and concepts promulgated directly from Jesus Christ; but through his followers.

In other words, Jesus Christ did not start the religion "Christianity", nor did He build the first church building; He is the foundation of the Universal Church, the "ekclesia", the "called out" aggregate body of the assembly of believers, past, present and future.

The first believers and followers of Jesus Christ after His crucification, resurrection and ascension to Heaven were first simply known as "followers of The Way".

Later they were first called "Christians" in
