Any one that is intersted in keeping yourself healthy and even other people and the Earth healthy, you should consicder switching from a omnivorous diet to a vegetarian diet.
Those who are not familiar with the teachings and philosophy of Albert Einstein, here is one of his quotes: "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet." Einstein shifted over to a vegetarian diet during the last year of his great life. Here is another from Einstein: " So I am living without fats, without meat, without fish, but I am feeling quite well this way. It seems to me that man was not born to be a carnivore." Has anyone noticed that humans do not have pointed teeth like meat eating animals do? We have all flat teeth that are not designed to chomp down on the flesh of lesser beings.
Just a few of the benefits of becoming a vegetarian are as follows.
1) Low chance obesity, type two diebetes, heart disease, constipation and gall stones.
2) Vegetarians will have healthier skin due to the high water based food which is rich in antioxidents.
3) Chemicals toxins and hormones found in meats will be elimated in the vegetarian diet.
4) Circulation will be increased.
5) Longer life expectancy.
Not to mention all the moral reasons... Visit this website http://www.petatv.com/ to get a glimps at what life is actually like for the poor and suffering animanls that you are eating. Man slaughter means to kill by accident, yes? What about slaughterhouses? More like homicide houses if you ask me.
Being a commited vegetarian is not only good for your health and your spirit, but cutting out meat from your diet will be a help in doing your part in the fight with global warming.
"Not eating red meat and dairy products is the equivalent of not driving 8,100 miles in a car that gets 25 miles to the gallon," says Chris Weber, a professor of environmental engineering. If you want to aid in lowering greenhouse emmisions, become a vegetarian.
The animal waste at factory farms has chemicals and diseased organisms that travel into the dirt and water that people bathe inand drink. It is making many peole sick and even killing fish. The pollution that factory farms bring to communities they are located in: high rates of neurological disorders, respiratory diseases, miscarriages, bacterial infections, diarrhea, and stomach ailments; sometimes, the contamination leaves people permanently disabled or even dead.
Hopefully this has helped any body that is strongly considering the switch over to a vegetarian diet.
