Boredom

Bored, we got everything around us- but nothing we want. Turn on the TV, "cable" but nothing to watch: there are a hundred and some add statetions, and nothing to watch. Open the refrigerator door but nothing to eat - it can not fit one more thing in it - but nothing to eat, to the supermarket we go, to shop for more food - which it doesn't, taste right or it was not what we really wanted, when we get home! Let is rent some movies or let is get some books - it still is not right. Now that is boredom and it is hard on a person.

If you're bored, do something useful. Such as, creating a list of things to do when you are bored. You have to find something that interests you, that is why it is important to have a list of thing to do. Do anything, to take away the boredom: Nothing that will harm yourself or anyone else, in the long run. To eat the boredom away - it is not going to happen - Then you will have two "2" big, big, big, problems. So that is a no, no - drop that piece of pie or cake and work out that boredom. That is right! The key word is "exercise" - force yourself to exercise in a normal way. If you don't know any exercises, look it up on line or in a book. Sooner or later you will know how to deal with boredom - remember a healthy body is a healthy mind! How can you go wrong by exercising? Go for a long walk or a jog - By the time you get back - You will be too tired to be bored or longing. "Know your limitation on the walk or jog," do not over do it. After take a nice quiet shower or warm "hot" bath - and you will feel like a new person: and the boredom has vanish, isn't that great? You have to remember to force yourself - to do it - after the first week or so, it will get easier and easier. I have done it and so can you! Or you can too! These are just a few thing that I do, to stop my bored: That's why it is very important to have a list made up, if you don't feel like doing one thing you move on to the next one.
