Introduction:
To do it successfully there needs to be an overhaul of our economic model; which will require a change in government. Self-rule will change the world. Self-rule is the notion expounded in the spirit of our Constitution. The key to implementing the change that will liberate humanity from its greed is to regain the lost ground that was taken with the loss of the spirit of the Constitution, when derailed by the legislative tyrants that suppose to be representing the people. The strategy to exact the change is found in an economic system for wealth distribution that can support self-rule. This strategy can be developed using

Nash Equilibrium as a formula model. The strategy model is a wealth sharing mechanism that applies an economic-wealth distribution methodology of thirds. This-partnership-consist of: worker-owner, developer-investor, and government-broker. No more will the marketplace be a den of thieves. See the attached general formulation of this economic model.

It is my belief that, Government is meant to be a management, stewardship and responsibility tool operated with integrity, ethics and morals to lead its people to an evolved state of existence, if it is good; if it lacks goodness, it drags its people through the chaos it creates in the wake of its obsession and greed for power.

The following essay is the rhetoric, communication and discourse on an assessment and recommendation for a recovery that will change the course of the world's future to one that is not yet imagined. The prophecy I deliver here-within is a mark of the times-in-which we-live. The circuit of humanity has yet to significantly-evolve over its journey and course thus far.
The circuit-power of our humanity is waning in wake of all the negative energy human-behavior has generated. Humanities' vital-force and strength is wasted fighting its own evolution. For whatever reason the journey of humanity is not recognized by its core the people that compose it. This essay addresses the fundamental obstacle of humanity's universe that is composed by its consciousness. Consciousness is the mind universe of our being. The focus of the message in this essay the spirit with-which the Constitution is implemented. It is apparent that spirit is the obstacle because the Constitution has not been implemented.
