Balloons.
Floating.
Passing me by as I reach for them.
Blues, reds, greens, whites.
Dancing in the space between dark and light.
My fingers stretch.
Not far enough,
I grab at them.
Balloons.
Filled with life.
With vitality.
Filled with what I strive for.
Blues, reds, greens, whites.
Brushing by me.
I can feel them on my skin.
Still, I cannot reach them.
Floating.
Balloons.
