Why suspicion undermines relationships? People who are constantly suspicious about a variety of things in their relationships can suffer lots of mental and torment anguish. It can end up literally causing them to become sick and depressed. When a pattern changes in a relationship where one partner will change their normal habits all at once, it can bring about a cause for a person to be suspicious about what their partner is doing and why they are doing it? Some people do not pay attention to these sorts of things but others do and they become suspicious about everything their partner is doing and they tend to start questioning their partners every move.

This can cause bitterness and frustration to the partner who is suspicious and lead them to constantly question their partner about where they have been; what they are doing; or it can cause them to become an habitual accuser. When a partner sees their mate is becoming more and more suspicious about their actions, their partner should pose questions and ask them why they are having these type suspicions about everything happening in their relationship? Suspicions should be faced head on and it might immediately put an end to their partners actions.

Your partner is probably having self-confidence problems in your relationship and it is time to show them they have nothing to be suspicious about. Allow them to know you love them and you do not want them to ever be suspicious of you. Share with them why you have changed your habits and patterns and give them a proper reason for your actions. Honesty is the best policy in every relationship. When a partner starts keeping secrets to themselves, it is brewing problems in your relationship. When a partner is secretive about things in his/her life, this causes their partner to believe they are hiding something from them and it manifests the suspicions.

When two people share an unconditional love, they should make every effort to be open minded with their partner about their comings and goings. Anyone would be suspicious if a seed is planted in their minds. When we keep our partners informed on our habits and pattern changes it can bring about a deep trust that is needed in the relationship. We must trust our partners and not drive ourselves crazy about our partners every move. Suspicions lead to an active imaginary mind that can lead you to do and say things you'll regret later on in your relationship. No-one wants to account for every move they make and they shouldn't have to but it is wise if we are changing things drastically we let our mate know why we are doing so..
