Friday 8th June 2007
I had no idea. Luke exclaims to Joanna as she shows him her brand new, extremely expensive diamond ring. Three simple large diamonds set in a thick band of silver gold.
I know, I really wasn't expecting it either. But he's a great guy and he's going to look after me.
Yeh, Josh is a great guy.
Are you going to congratulate me then or just stare at me?
Oh come here, congrats Jo-Jo. You're all grown up now. Engaged, how mature of you! Luke pulls Joanna into a bear hug and squeezes her tight until she squeals for him to stop. It's the same hug he has given her for nearly twenty-nine years.

Date! You've booked already. When? He asks mopping up the red liquid into a fresh dishcloth.
