When your spouse is in the military, so are you! It takes a very dedicated relationship to have a healthy relationship in the military. More than likely, your home station is not near your relatives, you move a lot so friends are coming and going, and time apart from each other happens all too frequently. It is hard to support your spouse when you yourself feel upside down sometimes.
It can get very lonely when you live away from your family and your spouse is called away. The best way to handle this is to know the wives/husbands and their spouses that are also deployed. They are in the same boat as you. Leaning on each other makes this an easier time for everyone.
If you are a spouse of a military member, god bless you and keep you stong for them. To you military members, THANK YOU!
