Take a Bow
Serenity lingers along the rivers bend
cascading water runs down to the edge
The brown bears meet to bare their cubs
a long awaited spring has come
In the midst of the wild you'll hear it all
as a wolf's cry echo's out the call
No need for danger says the mother cub
he is watching over us with all his love
. . .
The body listens as the patient is told
that his heart is faintly beginning to fold
He needs to begin a solid regimen
of healthy living, if he wants to live
So begins the process of his healing
his body takes over and does it for him
Astonishing is this miracle he has created
. . .
I am sure that his reasoning was meant to be
for it all fits so perfectly
Stand back and look at the world from afar
you'll see what I mean, I know I'm not wrong
We are all a part of a greater cause
winning some wars is no reason for applause
Being created and inventing our futures
is a far greater reason to give adulations
. . .
Take a bow, my lord
this comes from the heart
Thank you for being so incredibly smart
